MEET THE OWNER

MIKE ADAMS

I am Mike Adams, founder and owner of MSA Cleaning Services, Inc., operating under the trade name AMERESTORE, America’s Restoration Team. Back in 1989, I laid the foundation for MSA Cleaning Services Inc., and in 2004, we made the transition to operate under the DBA name AMERESTORE. With an impressive track record that spans over 35 years, AMERESTORE has continuously provided a wide range of services, including Mold Inspection and Remediation, Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration, Water Damage Restoration, Trauma Cleanup, Sewage Cleanup, and Indoor Air Quality assessments

Our unwavering commitment to excellence is evident through our Continuing Education Classes. We ensure that our team remains well-informed about the latest industry products, procedures, and guidelines. Our intensive training program equips our staff to tackle any situation, even unexpected challenges that may arise during the mitigation or remediation process. We take immense pride in our 24-Hour Emergency Service, which offers our clients peace of mind, knowing that our response team is ready to assist, regardless of the time, day, or magnitude of the loss.

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, which I earned from Indiana State University. For several years, I had the privilege of traveling extensively throughout the United States, Canada, and Australia. During this time, I shared my expertise by teaching courses for the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). These courses covered critical areas such as Mold Remediation and Health and Safety in Water Restoration, attracting professionals from diverse fields, including restoration professionals, plumbers, lawyers, and construction managers. Since 2003, I have proudly held the certification of an OSHA 10-hour instructor.

In addition to my instructional roles, I have contributed significantly to the restoration industry by developing classes in various areas. These include mold remediation, soda blasting for mold and fire remediation, thermal imaging for restoration professionals, OSHA 10-hour health and safety, handson sewage cleanup, and a comprehensive two-day hands-on containment course focused on proper containment construction. I hold esteemed designations as a Master Textile Cleaner, Master Water Restorer, Master Fire/Smoke Restorer, and an Applied Microbial Remediation Technician through the I.I.C.R.C Additionally, in 2018, I attended my first ICRA course and subsequently became a member of ASHE (American Society for Healthcare Engineering). In 2023, I completed ASHE’s “train the trainer” course for ICRA 2.0. I am also a member of KSHE (Kentucky Society for Healthcare Engineering) and proudly hold the designation of being a Kentucky Certified Healthcare Contractor and a member of ISHE (Indiana Society for Healthcare Engineering).

Recognizing the escalating demand for advanced ICRA 2.0 training, I am currently overseeing the construction of a state-of-the-art mock hospital training center at our corporate headquarters in Greenfield, Indiana. This facility, named America’s Restoration Technical Institute (ARTI), is on track to be completed by June 2024. My vision is deeply rooted in the belief that effective learning requires a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on training. What better environment to instill the importance of ICRA than within a hospital setting.

I am a firm advocate for continuous education and technological advancement. My dedication to excellence and my unwavering commitment to raising industry standards have solidified my reputation as a respected figure in the restoration and cleaning services field.
